Do you offer appointments outside the UK?
Yes. We provide virtual design visits for international customers via video call. During the session we guide you through measuring, product selection and fitting options, and then arrange delivery to your address.
How long does the whole process take?
As a guide, most orders are measured, manufactured and ready to fit within 7–14 working days for UK customers. International lead times vary depending on location and shipping options, but we will confirm your estimated dates before you place an order.
Is the design visit really free?
Yes. Your design visit is completely free and without obligation. We will only proceed to manufacture once you have approved your quote and confirmed that you are happy to go ahead.
What types of blinds do you supply?
We supply roller blinds, Venetian blinds, vertical blinds, Roman blinds, pleated blinds and specialist options such as blackout, thermal, moisture-resistant and motorised blinds. Your consultant will recommend the most suitable styles for each room.
Can you work with my local installer?
Absolutely. For locations where we do not have our own fitting teams, we provide detailed specifications and fitting notes for your preferred local contractor, and remain available to them for any technical questions.
